Absolutely the most dishonest company you could do business with loaded my basement with fuel oil never checked the fill line before for filling also serviced an operable burner after the service it never worked again after several attempts advertise the lowest prices but every other company in is either the same or lower charged me with all failed services and never attempted to remedy stay away there several other honest companies
The customer service people do a great job to cover up for POOR MANAGEMENT! HB Energy installs & services pellet stoves and on their website claims to supply pellets...yet, even the owner will not return a phone call to inquire about purchasing pellets. The customer service folks have admitted that they are frustrated and wish Tom & Brian Hernon would provide information to pass along to customers regarding wood pellets-heating season is upon us!!! It's okay if you choose not to supply a product, but to do so at the time when their customers are used to buying the pellets prior to heating and not provide a warning to current customers that the products advertised would no longer be available is simply POOR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE!
I have been a long-time customer of HB Energy Solutions. They have provided a variety of services to my family over the years. I have always had extremely positive experiences, from talking with the office staff to dealing with the technicians who come to my home. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The two most recent engagements with HB involved the installation of a bathroom vanity and a discussion regarding alternative energy options. First, the plumbers who came to install the vanity were very clean and conscientious in their work. They set up a second vanity in our bathroom. They carefully removed the old piece and installed the new one without any damage to the walls or mess left behind. Secondly, I have been speaking with the manager of the alternative energy division about some different options for our house. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions about pellet stoves and also how solar power could help us save money on our energy bills. We plan to use HB Energy for these upcoming projects and others in our future.
