I called in advance to view a vehicle and set up an appointment for later that evening to come see it. I had to leave work early and make an hour drive South to see it, but when I got there... they couldn't FIND the vehicle. It took them 40 min to realize that they had moved it that very day to a different dealership they had in Bennington, VT. I obviously didn't have the time to spend to do that, and when I left, the sales manager was pushy about asking me why I wasn't going to come back the next day to look at it or what other dealerships had that they didn't.
This is the second vehicle my husband and I have bought from Donna!
Got hung up on 5 times. Had a 10am appointment and they were 20 minutes late. Wouldn't negotiate or look at my trade. Also on another deal had agreed on price and trade then got hit with extra bs fees in finance office. They will try and screw you anyway they can. Watchout!!!
I made a appointment two weeks in advance to buy tires and get them mounted. I showed up on time took time off from work to find out they did not have any snow tires for sale. A phone call would off been nice so I didn't have to waste a morning. I have bought at least six new trucks and had them serviced with nothing but praise always felt like I matere. I now have a bad taste in my mouth. I hope now that they have a nice new building they don't forget the people that help them stay in business. I definitely felt forgotten and don't know were I will buy my next truck
Firstly, I am not an aggressive or negative person. I am almost always satisfied with what I get. However, this was a pretty egregious situation I found myself in yesterday and felt a need to warn others of this.
The sales people (not manager) I talked to were nice, but there is a clear lack of communication at this location that cost me a lot of time and effort with no reimbursement or sympathy for my effort.
I have already recommended to multiple friends/family. Springfield is amazing. I have been to a few dealerships in the past year searching for the right deal, and none of them come close to the service I was given by Jason this Saturday. I was sceptical of the 'Home of the Big Deal' but I must say, I. was. wrong. I felt comfortable, and each employee that day made some kind of contact with me 'need a drink, need lunch, have you been helped..how are you'. They understood my budget plan, my needs with a vehicle, and found me the best deal.. And I'm completely satisfied with my new 2017 GMC Terrain. Thank you so much for making such a tough task, feel so easy and comfortable!!!
Donna was FANTASTIC! She worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me at a price in my range. It took multiple days but she never gave up. She was polite, honest and helpful. Donna has reached out to make sure I am enjoying my new car and has answered all questions so far.
